The terms and conditions that govern your use of our website and services.

By accessing or using ayanaqa.com (the “Site”) or engaging AYANA Trading & Contracting (“AYANA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

AYANA is a Qatar-based contractor specialising in:

  • Sports flooring (DIN 18032-2, EN 14904, FIFA Quality Pro, ITF, IAAF certified systems).
  • Kids playground solutions (EN 1177, ASTM F2772 compliant).
  • Safety wall panels (EN 14904 compliant).
  • Sports equipment supply and installation.
  • Turnkey sports facility fit-out.

Any quote, proposal, or contract we provide is indicative until signed by both parties. Project specifications, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in the final signed agreement.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish Site content without our written permission.
  • Use the Site to transmit malware or harmful code.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, project photography, designs, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to AYANA Trading & Contracting and is protected by Qatari and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share individual pages for non-commercial reference, but any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires our prior written consent.

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

Product warranties and service-level commitments are set out in the specific contract signed between AYANA and the client. Except as expressly set out in such a contract, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AYANA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total liability for any direct damages arising under these Terms or in connection with the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the relevant service.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

8. Project Contracts

Any formal engagement for sports flooring, playground, safety panel, equipment, or fit-out work is governed by a separate written contract signed by both parties. In the event of conflict between these Terms and such a contract, the terms of the signed contract shall prevail for that engagement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AYANA harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Doha, Qatar.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
